TRAINING
UNIFIED Hoops is trusted by athletes and families from middle school all the way to the NBA/WNBA. We focus on developing every aspect of a player from their skill, shooting, IQ, and mental endurance through detail oriented training. We’ve found that a lot of players like to play basketball, but don’t actually know how to play the game. This is where we step in. Our goal is to teach athletes the how & why of the game.
We use various methods such as read & reaction, live play, and film breakdown to help put our athletes in situations that they are going to see in a game. That way when game time rolls around they already have the cheat sheet to the test.
We believe the best way to develop athletes is through relationship. Our goal isn’t to clock in & clock out, but to stay locked in to what is going on with our athletes beyond basketball. We have the reputation of building mentally tough, confident, responsible, and hard working athletes who become outstanding citizens in their communities.
